The dpndncY platform

The dpndncY platform is licensed under a separate written agreement with each customer or design partner. Production licensing terms are negotiated directly. During the early-access program, licenses are issued via individually signed software licence agreements (SLA) that specify scope, duration, support, and confidentiality.

Open-source components

Parts of the dpndncY platform are published under permissive licenses (the eBPF programs ship as Apache-2.0; the dpndncy-verify offline verifier is Apache-2.0). Those are governed by their respective open-source licenses, not by the commercial agreement.
